Prior to joining 3EO Health, Lanning served as CHRO, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and section 16b Officer at American Science and Engineering since 2011 until the company was acquired by OSI Systems. With an emphasis on executive compensation and end-to-end talent management, Mr. Levine has previously lead human resources in organization including MediSense, C.R. Bard and Brooks Automation.

With a foundation in electrical engineering and software engineering he also founded Cyberspace Mining, a software company that automated and prioritized high volume documents with a proprietary search engine, served as CEO from 1999 – 2003. Lanning has also founded HomeLabs, Medical Fitness Systems and APEX Assembly.

Lanning holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Boston University and completed advanced studies in International Executive Management at Babson College and Human Resources Management at University of New Hampshire. Lanning is con-currently the President of the Senior Human Resource Network, a not-for-profit supporting ad developing Senior HR Executives. Lanning was previously a Board member of the Cornerstones of Science. He is also a member of SHRM, NEHRA, World-At-Work, NECC and holds certifications in Compensation, Organization Data Analytics, is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
